Creation of partition deed without consent

27-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
My brother partioned our property without any consent from me. After the passing of our father, we both are legal successors of the property. My brother has done the partition of our house without me knowing. When asked about it, he said he had sent me the court letter asking for my consent which I never recieved. Upon further investigation, I found out that he has sent the partition deed to some other address which I currently don't live in. Our father's house is currently uninhabited. My brother is saying he will give me a copy of the partition deed but is not answering my calls or is present at his home. What shall I do?

since he went for partion in Court then court will always do equal partition among the parties may be he showed some difference views or the other in court you have to file case of forgery against him as per you have no idea about the share in the property which he took...

Partition Deed until and unless registered in presence of all the co-owners, has no legal validity. It is necessary to know the relevant facts. If you wish to take my Legal opinion professionally upon online payment, then can contact.
