Hi sir my father had a brother and both my father and his brother has passed away my uncle's had only son and he is married recently my uncle's son also passed away my grandmother has a plot which was on her name she was died nearly tend back with out our knowledge my son and his wife created a fake family tree certificate and he transfer that land to his wife as a gift deed claiming that their only leftovers of the family and my grandmother has only son that son is his father
hi if that person had created fake documents then you could file suit for cancellation of such properties as it is done on the basis of fraud and that such documents are not binding on you and you could lodge a police complaint in this matter
