Could not pay full amount as per bayana

I paid bayana of rs five lakh in the span of two years. but could not pay full amount of six lakh fifty thousand before the date as per bayana.
Now how i can get my money back.
I would advise you to immediately consult a lawyer having expertise in property matters. The contents of the agreement to sell needs to be perused to tender our opinion on the same. You May contact with all documents

You can try to issue legal notice to the opposite party …. Though chances are less bcoz of written contract ! If u hv any evidence for more time or any electronic evidence then there could b some chances .. plz b in touch
