Correction of Spelling in the name in Sale Deed Document

We are from Delhi. My father's name is spelled incorrectly in our registered property documents. How to rectify this error. His name is spelled correctly in Aadhar card and pan card. Please advise the process to correct the name in the property documents.
you have to make an affidavit on the correct name and submit it registry for correct the name on sale deed. if there is refusal from registry ,you need to file a case for correction the name . the court will direct to correct the name

In order to get the rectification, a rectification deed is to be registered for which both parties are required to be present. in case the other side doesn't come forward to do it, a try can be done by giving legal notice and calling upon that person and thereby subsequently filing a case for calling upon that person to do so.
