Construction on grandfathers property

Hi,
My grandfather has willed his property to my father and uncle. Now they are planning the division of the same. I would like to know
1> whether the division can be prevented as everybody (me, brother, grandmother) is against it.
2>if division goes through can my father develop the properties without our consent.

File a partition suit for division of estate by metes and bounds since it’s an ancestral property. Take an injunction from court against them. And get a status quo order. They can’t do anything on the property till the matter is adjudicated and your rights are protected.
