Construction company is shut not willing to give refund what to do
21-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
There are more than 3000 customers who have booked a flats/layouts in Bangalore around 2 years back and for each flat company (Dreamz infra Pvt. Ltd & TGS construction Ltd.) has collected 10 lac average from each customer (10 Lacs * 3000 = 3000 Crore+). Both companies are owned by Mr. Sachin Naik ( He has changed his name couple of times) Now Company has shut all his offices and not willing to refund the amount nor starting the construction, many of us have already approached to local media and govt. officials but all in vein. He is trying to fly away from India. Hii.. You all can issue notice claiming refund of the amount and approach Consumer forum claiming the amount...
you can initiate criminal proceedings for cheating once there is a criminal case, it would be difficult for them to leave the country

As per law he con't able to escape..any where before that what is the main company activities and its registered and the owner have responsibility of un excepted shut whatever the main thing MD is the responsible of this matter..you want to get relief immidiatly before he fly?.. visit our office at once thank you
