i have constructed my 3rd & 4th floor. fir had registered against me. now matter is in court u/s sec 332, 461& 466A. as per charge property are without map.
information is too less to be able to help. but do apply for anticipatory bail and if you think that a bogus case has been made against you, apply for quashing, after seeking proper legal advice. this may help you initially but your case papers have to be perused before advising further

According to the law, it is illegal to construct or re-construct or make addition/alterations in any building without obtaining a separate building permit for each such building from the Authority. However, no notice and building permit is required for alterations which do not otherwise violate any provisions.
