Confirm if a Will is registered

How can I confirm if the copy of my mother's will that I have been given has been registered or not ? Property dispute going on with my brothers. ..

If the will is registered then there will be a mark of Registry and signature of the SDM who had executed the will. The photographs must have been clicked at the end. If not satisfied then you can also check it by visiting your area SDM office.

As registered document has it’s Details on last and first at back side so u can very that u can show it to a lawyer he /she may be able to help you
you can verify by taking a certified copy of the document from concerned registrar’s office also

It's very simple there are two types of Will when is notarised another one is registered so just see there is a notary stamp or it has been duly registered at registrar office for more details you can contact our office and if you have any doubt you can contact with Will at our office we will definitely help you thank you
