Complete Stay / Injunction Procedure of the House

Please advise what is temporary and permanent stay / injunction, what is the formalities and what are the documents needed, in case if we leave house empty, if someone illegally seize the house, suppose neighbour, then what will be the legal procedure to recover the stay protected house.
A temporary injunction is granted by the court for a specific period say till the disposal of the suit. However permanent injunction is granted at the final stage or disposal of the suit. In case someone has illegally occupied your property, you can file a suit for eviction.

You will have to file a case in the appropriate court to get a temporary and permanent injunction. Even if you leqve the house, some other person cannot occupy the house as that will be illegal and you will have legal right by way of suit for possession/eviction to get your property back.
