Compensation for deduction of property for road widening

Dear sir, I have a property on 100 ft road, and as per master plan it is going to be 150 ft, recently I visited MC for permission of building construction, they said 25 ft is going to be deducted ( nearly 120 sq yards), in these circumstances am i going to get the compensation or set back relaxation for the construction. please guide us,
In this case, you will get the compensation for the 25 ft and you will get compensation for the said area of 120 Sq yards. If you did not get the compensation, you can make a representation to the Municipal Commissioner and if there is no any reply you can approach High Court for the said Compensation or for your area not to be taken.

Sir as you have said you had been to the office so did you not asked the officer this question.? They are taking the land and it is up to them as per the ground realty they may give relaxation, compensation is always ready with them.
