Clarification related to sale agreement and process to change address

Sir I have booked a apartment. The Sale agreement date is 17-6-2015. The agreement not registered, However the bank paid stamp duty on it. My possession date is 3-4-2017 as per agrement. I have paid 89 percent of the total project cost. After Demonitization the works on project become slow. I Think Builder can't give possession as per agrement date. 1. I Want to know any validity period for agrement. 2. Shall i file a complaint against him without original agrement,( because the bank hold the original sale agrement.) 3. In agrement builder mention " ACTUAL POSSESSION". Waht's the meaning of Actual possession. 4. How to change the address details in sale agrement, Becaue I live in different adress now. anticipating your valuable answers joseph.

First of all, change of address: write a letter with your identification to the company about your new address and send it by registered post, also inform over e mail.
Secondly, till the date of completion is not over, you dont have cause of action. filing complaint is only for criminal acts.

Dear Mr.Joseph,
There is nothing to worry as to the validity of sale agreement. Only concern here is the actual possession at your hands.If the builder fails to handover the possession as per the agreed terms you can move against him for deficiency of service at the consumer Court.Do you have copy of Sale agreement with you?
