Clarification regarding the successor ship

My mother died intestate in the year 1986 leaving behind her husband and two sons & two daughters. My mother was my father's second wife.My first mother left behind three children.Who will be the successors of my mother's property? My father also expired in 1991.

If you step Brother and sister were adopted by your mother then they would also be entitled to share in the property.But however if they had no link then you people are entitled .It's a mixed qustion of Facts.

A. Woman's property after her death moves to her legal heirs....husband and her children in equal proportion. If the othet children by the first wife were not adopted by her, they will not have a right to her property. Consult a competent lawyer with all relevant documrnts for legal proceedings
