Clarification regarding division of property

Religion: Hindu My father are four brothers including him. Currently they are planning for division of property but my 4th uncle is troubling out and is not ready for it. We are highly required to divide the property as we need to build our home. Also we don't have enough room to adjust. As I am getting marry , we are in need of division. He is well know to it so he is denying to pay any money and for division. Rest 3 brothers are ready for division. What are the best way to resolve the problem.the land is in name of my grand mother.
As the property is your ancestral property therefore each and everyone has equal share on the property. If one of your is creating problem in division then there is only one way to get partition of the property by filing partition suit before the competent court of civil jurisdiction
