Clarification on share over grandfather's property

Mere papa ki death 6 Feb 2000 m hui thi .mere Dada hi ke do larke the.mere papa or tau ji. Him dono bhen hai bus Bhai nhi hai or tau ki ke ek larka(26) or larki(married) hai.Dada g ne bill (Jo ki unki kharidi nhi thi Dada lai zamin thi unki) WO tau ji ke larke kr nam kr di hai 2007 main.or mere Dada ji ki abi 7 Feb ko death hui hai to humme abi pata lga hai .abi registry nhi hui hai. Or Dadi hai unke bhi nam bhi kch nhi kya hai. Please solution btaiye hmme hmara haq mill sakta hai kya??

dear client information provided by you is not complete. whether will is registered or not it is not mentioned in your question but instead of these facts you can challange will deed on various grounds to claim your share in ancestral property.

You may challenge that will as that property is not your grandfather own earned property. You may approach to the civil court to avail your rights. The court will definitely gives you relief. And your grandmother also have right in that property.
