Clarification on sale of ancestral property

I have a query regarding Ancestral property acquired by my father from my Great grand father - 1 . ancestral House - currently in grandmother name. Who will have rights on the property. Can grandmother sell the property and give to daughters.? 2. Farming land - . Grand father had transferred the property in my father's name when he was young . Can he legally sell it? My grand father was the only son and my father is also the only son. Rest are all daughters. My Grandfather died in 2004. Please help. Since my father wanted to repair the ancestral property but if it has to be shared with his sisters on selling then he wants to sell it without doing any repair and share.

Some of the details you have given require some clarifications, such as the property you say that that your father acquired from your grandfather, and and your father having sisters too. sisters have share -no doubt about it.

Please specify the date of death of your grandfather. Then only we can come to a conclusion with respect to daughters right in the property. If your father got the property through registered deed he alwa
