Clarification on injunction from court for cancellation of sale deed

my grand father purchased land from other caste person in 1990's. He died in 2012 march. After 2 months that is in may 2012. my grand mother made a sale deed of that property on my name. Now Her son is insisting to cancel the sale deed and to partition the property in 3 parts . My grand father had 1 son , 2 daughters. I am son of second daughter. all the three are separated families. he sent a injuction order from court. to cancel the sale deed.

Hi,
As you said that your grand father has purchased but after his demise his wife is. Your grand mother has transferred it to you but without all the legal heir the property transferred is not valid and at least they should have given no objections then your sale deed would have stand. You have to defend the case. Call us through website for assistance

When the property is on yours grandfather name and when he died intestate then it devolves up on his widow,son daughters property be decided in to 4 equal shares in which you can get your share from your mother's share

grand father died intestate so his property distributed as per succession rules. If you are Hindu, you and your grand mother are legal heirs so to that extent sale deed is valid remaining is not valid
