Claiming uncle property because it was taken when we were together

My uncle had a house built in Pune. He is an ex service man. The property was taken when we were together. Can I claim share in that property.
if you have purchased the property by investing your money then you can claim hour right in the property and also you can file a suit of declaration claiming that half the property belongs to you as you both have bought it jointly and equally
