Hello I gone through your post your mother and her sisters and brothers are equal rights on the property so your mother and her sisters are entitled to the share of the house property and your mother and her sister file a partition suit before the court to ask their share inthe property belongs to your grand father.

by virtue of fact that your maternal grandfather died intestate and was survived by 2 sons and 2 daughter, your mother being one of the daughter is entitled for a share in the property. The share of your mother in property can be advised based on your religious law. If they are troubling you, obtain an injunction order to restrain them from causing any trouble in the property. consult for more details
