Cheating involving our own share of properties

09-Aug-2024 (In Property Law)
My father and his sister bought a property around 1996 and 1999. Unfortunately, my father died on February 28, 2020. Recently, we became interested in dividing this property. However, a few days ago, they illegally took the front side of the property, which is now worth approximately 1.5 crore, and the rear part, which is worth around 60 lakhs. Can I file a cheating case under IPC 420 for this?

dear client as per query is the property equally divided among both parties or not or you can apply for partition suit in court so that equal portion of the share of the property is divided between both the parties...

if you to prove that cheating fraudulent taken place, deed or agreement as the case may be,
remedies are partition Suit ,u have to institute a partion suit against all other co shareers
