Q: Conversion of danga land to bastu

A construction (4 storied) is done by promoter on the danga land before conversion to vastu. Now i (landlord) want to apply for conversion through Blro in 1D form.After how many days I can get vastu certificate? What will be penalties? I am Hindu.

conversion process is depends upon the concern blro office aur contract who advocate contact to the advocate if it is Danga then it is to conversion agrill and that is problem that is Dana no problem may come and you contact and file an application to only advocate without conversion the converted already taken place

Q: Need to Change Father name in Registration paper

I have completed Registration of my Plot recently and now i noticed that my father name is wrong in it, I want it to be corrected i know an rectification deed is to be made to change that but the other party is refusing to come and asking for a huge amount to come for deed plus the lawery is also charging more

you first meet the Registration officer, ask the question, you will get solution, if the vender is not willing to come you must approach the civil court for such rectification by the vendor or the Court itself

We are residing in government land since 40 yrs and above. We have no land deed and other document regarding the said land. So kindly suggest us how to claim ownership of government land..?

30yrs is limitation for government land for acquisition of perfect title upon government land , but you have to prove how uninterrupted open etc land office can not record the adverse possession now after passing the order of honourable high court, only Civil court has the power to decide the title whether permissive or adverse
