Cheating and posession of my Plot

Sir, i purchased a plot in tavarekere puradannapalya in 2015, my bad i registered it in my wife name , i am an NRI i visited the plot several times to changing it into Katha but due to government rules i couldn' do it. during which my wife has pledged this plot and borrowed 3 lakhs which i found out with the Lawyer notice. the person who gave money was a previous sbi bank manager, he has made GPA of the property and pledge it in Gold loan company, My wife suffered a stoke in Feb 2020 , pl help
I should read the power of attorney that you have mentioned, and also the papers in respect of the site plot. if your wife has received the amount from the said Gold loan company you can easily repair that and get back your side papers.
