Charger for transferring flat on my name as per wish of my mother

We are two brothers. We have a flat on the name of my mom and my elder brother. My mom wants to transfer her share of flat on my name. What will be the charges and process?
This is my response to you:
1. She will have to prepapre a gift deed;
2. Then you will have to pay stamp duty at 3% rate and registration fees;
3. You will have to also to complete other formalities of the society;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.

You will have to register a gift deed by which a nominal stamp duty will be levied on the same as the transfer is directly from Mother to son. Regarding fees, our fees shall be disclosed on call after having a detailed discussion.
