Change of ownership of a property in Bangalore which was under my Fat

My father passed away 2 months ago. He hasn't written any will. My father has 4 legal heirs ie wife and 3 childrens. All 3 children want the property ownership to be transferred to our mother. What's the procedure?
get the death certificate from BBMP. then prepare a genealogical graph of the family. then each of you prepare an affidavit explaining your intention to transfer of Khata to name of your mother. fill up the application, give it at the ward office of BBMP.
