Change of name in farm land for my mother

Change of name in farm land,
Land registered on my mother maiden name & want to registered on current name.
But issue is marriage in 1970 & no any married certificate.
So how to change name on farm land now.
Well, your Mom can obtain the Marriage Certificate now also. She has to apply for it before the concerned Registrar of Marriages under the concerned act, in which your mother got married with your Dad.
