CHANGE OF AMOUNT MENTIONED IN SALE DEED

There has been a major error in the sale deed of the house I sold in Delhi. The amount of cheque given as advance to me was erronously shown less about 2.5 lakhs. The sale deed was registered in Delhi around a year back.
I want to get it rectified, if it amounts to depostiing the excess moneyof 2.5 lakhs in Govt Treasury. The buyer will also cooperate in sigining rectification sale deed. Please guide me to settle this issue.
if you want yo settle yhis issue in tht condition you need to move to high court for fast and better solution .as you ate saying tht there is a error in sale deed due which you have paid a exess amount to goverment which can get refunded to you only on the order from high court.

The sale deed filed has a error can get it retified my filling a application in the registrar office for rectify of sale deed dated _and file the application in the registrar office as the other side is willing to coporate it can be done as it is registered so it will be diffcuilt to cancel and make it afresh that can be done in court long process
