Background:nA partition suit was filed in 2009 by one of uncle to divide the ancestral property and my father, who is one of the other 20 defendant responded to case. Remaining defendants did not answer to the court. The case is still on going under district court tamluknnQuestionnAs a defendant can we make application to court to get a certified copy of the list of documents produced by the plantiff before the court (strating from day 1) so far. If yes, then what is the procedure.

every plainti defendant have the right to obtain certified copies of the record, any specific order or all order or any affidavit or all the affidavits field by the pqrtis or the documents field by the partis to defend their case.
