Case On Society Secretary & Other Committee Members

In our society, money was used for personal use, and we have doubt on the secretary and other society members, so if we file case then will our society registration gets affected?
No, not at all, Society Registration won't get affected. in case, Commitee Members Will be found guilty for malpractice of accounts manipulation. Then, Registrar will dissolve the Committee & order for fresh Elections to appoint a New Committee. Until new Commitee is appointed, Administaror will take charge.

The society registration won’t be affected. At the most, an administrator can be appointed. And if the fraud is evident, then even make the auditor a party to the misappropriation and get the office bearers removed by the order of Dy Registrar. You can even file a criminal complaint against them if you have sufficient proofs.

Dear client if you file a complaint against the illegal act of your office bearers the concern authority will initiate inquiry and if they found them guilty the administrator will appointed and action will be taken against concern office bearers.. this whole process will not affect the registration of society. so don't worry and take proper action.
