care taker of the flat is not vacating the flat

Got a flat from builder. Before registration did the search title and found that I was the first buyer. Post completing buying formality, came to know the care taker of the flat is not vacating the flat and society is also supporting him by not giving me membership or maintenance bills. Need help as how to approach it legally.
You may file police case against the said tresspasser. You may also by issuing legal notices to builder and society can file prosecution as well as you may also file a civil suit either for possession or else if you want to cancel the entire transaction then for cancellation of sale deed and for recovery of your dues. It seems that you have a good case either way.

Did you take the possession from builder at the time of registration or even after registration? You should ask the builder to handover the possession of the flat. If the builder is not budging make a cheating case against the builder and if that does not help, initiate consumer case against him.

Please file civil suit for possession against the care taker and the builder and the society..
Once you file the civil suit for possession, then the care taker will be forced to vacate the flat.
Also file criminal complaint against the society and others for wrongful reatraint.
