Car Parking Tower Slot design not as per standard height

Hi Team, Good day! I am a resident in Mumbai, Our Builder/ Developer has provided a Tower car parking where it’s a 12-floor tower and multiple cars can be parked into it. also, there are two slots with height 1500mm named as Small slot. and 2000 mm height named as Big slot. while buying a tower car parking It was never mentioned from developer written or verbally about the different slots even though i had enquired about where we are supposed to park our car. any specific number slots. that time it was informed to me that. you can park your car anywhere in available / free slot. upon taking possession of the property in Mar 2020. in Apr 2021 we have received a Slot allocation letter from developer stating you have been allocated a small slot. due to the height limitation of small car parking slot i.e. 1500 mm majority of the cars doesn't even fit in.
