Cancelled property booking refund not paid

Hi.
I have made a booking with Samridhi Infra Pvt Ltd for their construction site in Sector 150, Noida. I have cancelled the booking and as promised by them, they were deducting the cancellation amount of Rs. 25000.00 from the booking amount of Rs. 3,50,000.00.
As per their finance person Mr. Manoj, they have received only Rs. 3,00,000.00 as the booking amount. I have sent them the bank statement in which it shows that the amount is Rs. 3,50,000.00.
I am not getting any response from them and its been more than a month now. I feel like if they are ignoring my email.
Please suggest what needs to be done

In the present facts and circumstances, it is recommended that a strongly worded Legal Notice be given to the builder company asking them to refund the proper amount failing which appropriate civil/criminal remedy shall be preferred against them as prescribed by the Law. Further and better particulars are needed for an effective opinion.

Sir, firstly I would advice you to send a notice and thereafter you can contest for recovery or breach of contract. The company can not deny refunding your money, especially when the terms were already there and you hold the transaction details.
