Cancellation of property registered in her minors children names

When mother was sick, she included her 2 minor children in the document & registered in 2023. Now she is ok and wish to cancel the registered document and keep the ownership only in her name. Now children are 10 & 12 years. What to do?
the details of the documemt registered by mother in favpur of the children is necessary if it is a settlement deed mother can file application to cancel the registrred will before sub divisional magistrate if it is a will it can be revoked by registered will before the concerned sub registry

Normally , it is very difficult to remove the names of minor children from a registered deed . The only possible option may be to execute a rectification deed stating that their names were included due to a mistake or misunderstanding .
