Cancellation of Flat booking prior to Builder Buyer agreement

How much amount of the booking amount for the flat in under construction property is refundable incase of cancellation of the booking. As i have paid 10% of the total sale value but have not yet signed any sale deed and builder buyer agreement and want to cancel as the builder has changed the overall project plan layout causing obstruction to my window view which was not the case in the older project plan.
