Can we buy flats approved by gram panchayyat

Hi. We are planning to buy a 2 bhk in Pragathi Nagar however all the flats are approved by gram panchayat and the proprieties are G+5 we need help is it correct to buy or will we face any issue.

through municipality or corporation.
so it is better to verify all the documents and permissions before purchasing the flats.
whether your builder applied for the municipality or not if applied what is the status of the application.

municipality for approval which is wrong.
