Can Transfer of joint property to another joint owner be done

We have a joint property of two brothers how this property be transferred to another joint owner can it be done without partition

Greetings for the day, In this situation, one joint owner can relinquish his rights in the name of other joint owner without a partition through a civil court decree which usually is done within a month.

According to Hindu Succession Act , you both are joint owners and whenever you want you can transfer ownership to each other without any partition. After transfer of ownership, joint owner can also sell his part. However , For further information feel free to reach me
