Venerated Sir,
Your question revolves around share of younger brother in the purchased property of elder brother. As per the query I would like to inform you that if you prove yourself that property is self acquired property without financial help of ancestral one then younger brother cannot claim to that property. You have to concentrate over self acquired property. Fee free to call me.

Dear SIr,
NO since the property has been purchased by the elder brother from his own earning and the property is
in elders brothers name hence younger brother can not make any claim for the said property .

As per legal right of the elder brother he on his will can share his property but is not bound to do as its mandatory.Sir u two have right on father as well as ancestor property but property created or earned by elder bro .the younger brother has no legal right to ask for it.Sir u are not bonded to divide ur property
