There is no need to file a direct petition to the High Court, there is Law for Protection of Senior Citizen, there is no requirement of any Advocate, you can directly to and file a complaint against her. Or you can also file a Police Complaint against her for such harassment, or you can also file a case for evicting her from your property, plze do connect me (MY NGO, Nayaya A Voice For Justice), in case any help require.

The daughter in law doesn't have any legal claim on the property. We may successfully file for her eviction.

This has had a few precedents in the Supreme Court of India, where the court foretold that a daughter in law had no claim over the self acquired property of her in laws.
