Can my uncle sell property in name of grandfather

Sir mery jamin agriculture h and abhi tak mere grandfather ke name h,so kya us jamin ko mera uncle sell kar sakta h,if karta h to us pe kya action le sakte h,jabki usne sell letter or stamp pe sign bhi kar diya or half payment bhi ho chuki h,
Dear friend as per your question your grandfather is owner of agriculture land only your grandfather is sale this land because mutation entry name of your grandfather your uncle can not sale this land

Your uncle can sell his portion only. Even after sale, he can not give possession of land to the purchaser unless it is divided actually between all the land holders. The proper opinion depends upon the documents and other circumstances.

Ur land is in the name of ur Gran so alone ur uncle legally can't sell without permission of brother and sister expects his portion ,if ur uncle sell property illegal then he is liable for prosicecution as well as civil suit
