Can my nephew deny my rights in my father's property

I had received property from my uncle and aunt through will as they had no children but they never adopted me as their son.I got share in my father property also.Now my nephew said I cannot get share in my father property.What should I do to get my share in my father property .Is it legally cannot receive share in my fathers property
By getting property through a will is a different matter. It can not affect the inheritance law. You are very much entitled to get share in your father's property as per your share and no body can debar you

You can claim your shares in your father's property as her Hindu Succession Act being his class one legal heir.Since your Uncle has not adopted you,you have got all the legal rights in your father's property being his son,if he dies without any will or intestate.Just getting some property from your uncle through Will does not sever your right in your father's property.
