Can my mother file new cse in same court

My mother filed Title suit before lockdown. But as per Bar council resolution Court not entertaining old cases. At this stage can my mother file new case with the help of change cause of action in same court. We need injunction immediate. Kindly suggest me
yes you can withdraw the case and file new case not pass order has dissolved you can file new title suit along with mentioning of injunction on that property as per according may I know your jurisdiction

it is not clear whether u have filed injunction application in amd what was the order, thought I suggest you to file an application under section 151 of CPC. by stating the reason of urgency and deliberation of other party /defendant for which you seek a restraining order from the court and or framing out another cause of action in existing title suit. you should only go by way of 151 for an injunction. and mention about your mother's old age for consideration of the same as early as possible.
