Can mother transfer property in her name to anyone she wants

A person is free to transfer her self acquired property in the form of sale, lease, gift or dispose by will in the name of any person. As per Section 10 of thw Transfer of property Act, a person is free to dispose of her own property. As the flat is on your mothers name, so prima facie she is the owner of that property and is free to dispose of the same the way she likes

Namaskar , agar mummy Ka Makan self earned property hai to she may disposed it off as per her own wish and will , but if it is ancestral or owned by your father then she alone can not dispose it off without consent of other legal co sharer or owner or heirs.
