Can married woman claim ancestral property in uttar pradesh even after 16 years of father's death?

aap Keval residential property main hi apna hissa Le sakti hain otherwise aapka koi share agriculture land Mein Nahin Hai Chahe vah property mritak ki ancestral Ho UP mein married daughter ko agriculture land mein Koi malikana Hak Nahin Hai unmarried ladki ko agriculture aur residence donon mein hai

After amendments in hindu marriage act in 2005 unmarried or married daughters are entitled to get her share in the property of father. The Supreme Court is also approved and decided that married daughters are also entitled to get her share in ancestral property. you can contact me for further information and clarification
