Can legal notice can send through whatsapp?

What if bad person calling and saying i have sended something on your name. And ask to check my WhatsApp? Where i have blocked the bad person. Is it a legal notice? He is not mentioning what he sended.
Well even if you unblock him, you will not be able to see what he has sent you, considering, the moment he sent you something, even if it is a legal notice, as you were blocked, you will not receive it when you unblock him. You will receive it, when he again sends you a legal notice while you are unlocked.

Well, you can open what he sent you! Why you are so worried? If you are worried, that, if you open the notice, then, it will be termed as proper Service of Notice, then, let me clear you, until and unless blue tick will appear and you click a picture of it and submit it in court with Electronic Certificate, it will not be admitted and considered as valid service of notice
