Can land be sold if two out of 3 joint holders are dead

11-May-2023 (In Property Law)
There is a plot and on the registry three names are written. Two of them are not alive now. Can the third person has the right to sale the land?? In this case the children of two dead persons are there, Is their agreement would be required to sale the land ?? If your answer is no, I mean that single alive person can not sale the land without the agreement of the dead persons children. then can one third part of the land would be saleable by him.

Hello,

In case you want to sell the complete piece of land then you will have to take consent of the successors of the owners who are no more and in case you want to sell your part of land i.e., 1/3 part of the land then you can sell it but that will be sold without the boundaries if the partition has not happened.
