Can joint ownership flat be transferred to sole ownership by gift deed

11-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
I and my wife are joint owners of a flat, the sale deed has both of our names and is registered in both of our names. I want to now make her the sole owner of the flat. Can I do so through a gift deed that says I who am a joint owner of the flat vide the said sale deed, and I am gifting my share to her to make her the sole owner of the flat?
