Can i purchase inter district land of any ST caste person

Kya kisi dusre district ke st jharkhand ke hi kisi dusre district me kisi st ki jamin karid sakte h kya??
Under CNT Act it is only persons who are in same police station which can transfer the land to another Tribal. You need to take permission for transfer of the land. As such technically speaking you are to be of same police station which means same district also.

I have raised your query regarding purchase of Schedule Tribe land, hence I would to inform you that As per Section 46 of Chotanagpur Tenancy Act, 1908 it is clearly batata hai ki ST sirf apne District ke ST ka land le sakta hai with permission of District Collector.
