Can i get back the loan amount i paid from other legal heirs.

We have four legal heirs and out of that I am only paying EMI to bank. so Shall I get my whole money back with interest from other legal heirs after result of case.
It depends on the nature of your case and the understanding arrived between you and other Legal Heirs. But to be on the safer side do discuss this with other Legal Heirs and if possible make a written understanding or kind of settlement among yourself. Because it may take time to prove the circumstances involved and the oral understanding arrived between parties. So bring whatever you feel on words and document it for future reference. Good luck.

Yes, you are entitled for whatever amount you spend on a shared property over and above your share. You are liable to pay your part of expenses for / on the property and tje amount you genuinely pay over and above your part is recoverable. Though you may need to file a suit for the recovery of the same.

yES, as per law you have legal right to recover the laon which you have paid for other legal heirs. In this regard you may claim in the property of deceased against that you have made payment liability of the bank was lying
