Can I get an agriculture card if my father owns a agricultural land

I am hindu, my father has agricultural land in haryana. 1.) Does it make me also a farmer? 2. if yes , how will i get my farmer card. 3.) my annual income is more than 2 lakh , so will it make any difference. 4.)Can i buy land in gujarat with my farmer card , if I have.5.) can i buy agricultural land without being a farmer in gujarat.
