Can I get a stay order on property in Kerala while I am overseas

I live in overseas , my husband have some properties ( land and house)in Kerala , our relationship is not good at this point, so I want to know if I can get stay order from court without going to Kerala. Thanks
You can approch family court asking for return of money and gold which was entrusted to husband as your paternal share . You can attach the properties of your husband for securing the amount.You can do this without comming to Kerala. You have to execute a power of attorney and can do all the things needed.

You have two options in this issue.
Firstly, if you can establish any legal or monitory claim regarding the procurement of that property, you can initiate a civil case (Injunction suit) against your husband through a power of attorney. For that you need to execute a power of attorney document (in favor of your near friend or relative who is available here) and get it attested from the Indian Embassy there.
Secondly, if you have a claim that your husband or his relatives have appropriated your money, gold or any other valuables from you or from your parents, you can approach the Family court and file a case for its return, through a power of attorney and thus you can obtain a stay on the property of your husband.

The query is incomplete and deficient in objectivity. What is the context in which you are trying to get the stay order. A wife does not have any enforceable right or interest over the husband's property except otherwise than in executing a decree from the court.
