I had selled property making an agreement but the time of three months is over but after three months I have received little amount. Now the buyer is ready for registration by paying remaining amount but I don't want to sell. So what as to be done.
Sir,
The revocation time for agreement of Sale is already expired as you told it is of three months period. You issue a notice to the buyer and show your unconveince to sell the property with a genuine reason. You informed that you have already received a little sum. Therefore your should issue notice to them immediately without any delay. Otherwise they will invoke the agreement of sale through court.
Before they proceed please proceed.
