Can i buy a property behalf of a person's mother WILL
03-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
Can i buy a home on basis of a registered will which was created in 1988.
It mentions two brothers
It clearly shows 1 brother will be the Absolut owner after her mother death
Can i buy his home
Firstly it has to be seen where the will was executed and registered as in some states the probate of will is not compulsory. Even otherwise practically saying probate of will from court shall be taken for getting the authenticity of will. One should proceed thereafter. Even a new buyer is more cautious which makes selling the property difficult without probate.
